A family kitty bank for good deeds
You set the tasks and the reward, your kids get them done and fill up their kitty with coins — then you decide together what to spend them on. No paper charts, no “but you promised!”.
Every new group is free for 30 days, up to 10 members. No card needed for the trial.

Everything you need to keep deals simple
Tasks with a deadline and a reward
Pick who does it, by when, and how many coins each person earns. The status is always clear: new, in progress, done, accepted.
Coins, rewards and penalties
Ready-made “good” and “bad” templates, one-off rewards or penalties with a comment, spending coins, and a monthly group budget.
Fair deadline rules
If a task isn’t started on time, the penalty applies automatically. Late finishes can have their own penalty. Nobody has to play the bad cop.
Group chat and activity feed
Talk tasks over in a real-time group chat, and see what’s happening across all your groups in the feed.
Push notifications
New task, accepted work, coins earned — you’ll get a notification. Turn them on or off for each group.
Join by link or QR code
Invite a child, the other parent or grandma: send a link or show a QR code. Groups are private by default.
How it works

Step 1. Create a group and invite your family
Set up a family group and invite members with a link or a QR code. The first 30 days are free.

Step 2. Add a task with a reward
“Tidy your room by Friday — 30 coins.” Add a deadline and, if you like, a penalty for being late.

Step 3. Kids do it — you accept it
Your child marks the task as done, you check and accept it. Coins land instantly, and any back-and-forth happens in the group chat.

Step 4. Save up and spend together
Coins pile up in the kitty. You decide what a coin is worth — for example, 1 coin = 1 rouble.
Everyone has a role
Parent — admin
Creates tasks and reward templates, accepts finished work, gives and takes coins, manages members and payment.
Child — member
Sees their tasks and deadlines, marks work as done, keeps an eye on their coins and chats with the group.
Guest — viewer
Grandparents or a nanny: they see everything and cheer the wins, but can’t change anything.
Pricing
You only pay for the size of your group: members are counted in blocks of 10, billed monthly.
Blocks 1–2
up to 20 members
200RUB per block / monthA family with the grandparents
Blocks 3–5
21–50 members
180RUB per block / monthA big family or a class
Blocks 6–10
51–100 members
160RUB per block / monthA club or a sports team
Blocks 11–20
101–200 members
140RUB per block / monthA school or a camp
Each block is priced at its own step: a group of 30 is 3 blocks, so 200 + 200 + 180 = 580 RUB a month. Payments go through Robokassa. When the paid period ends, the group becomes read-only until you renew it.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Every new group is free for 30 days, up to 10 members. After that it’s from 200 RUB a month per block of 10 members; the bigger the group, the cheaper each next block gets (down to 140 RUB). Payments go through Robokassa.
Do I need to install anything?
No. BonusBank runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer — open bonusbank.org/app and sign up. iOS and Android apps are in development.
Are coins real money?
No, they’re points inside your group. Your family agrees what a coin is worth: for example, 1 coin = 1 rouble, with spent coins “cashed out” as pocket money or treats.
What if my child misses a deadline?
You choose when creating the task: an automatic penalty if the task isn’t started on time, and a separate penalty for finishing late. Every event is kept in the task log.
Can grandma just watch?
Yes. That’s what the guest viewer role is for: guests see tasks, coins and the chat but can’t change anything. Invite them with a link or a QR code.
What happens when the paid period ends?
The group becomes read-only: the history stays visible, but new tasks and coin changes are paused until an admin renews the group.
