Terms of Use

1. What BonusBank is

BonusBank is a motivation service for families and teams: admins set tasks and award or deduct coins, members complete tasks, earn and spend coins and talk in the group chat.

Coins are in-service points. They are not money or e-money and cannot be bought or cashed out through the service. If a family exchanges coins for something real, that is an agreement between its members, not an obligation of the service.

2. Your account

• Use your real name and email and don't share your password — the account owner is responsible for what happens in the account.
• Children use the service under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. An admin who adds a member confirms they are entitled to provide that member's name and email.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → “Delete account”) or by these instructions.

3. Groups and roles

Whoever creates a group becomes its admin. Admins manage members, tasks, rewards and payment; members complete tasks and spend coins; guests can only watch.

If a group owner deletes their account, the group passes to another admin, or — when there is no other admin — is deleted together with its history.

4. Free trial and payment

• Every new group is free for the first 30 days, for up to 10 members.
• After that a group is paid monthly in blocks of 10 members at tiered prices: blocks 1–2 — 200 RUB per block per month, 3–5 — 180 RUB, 6–10 — 160 RUB, 11–20 — 140 RUB (each block at its own tier), up to 200 members. Current prices are on the home page and in the app.
• Payments are processed by Robokassa in rubles. A payment is one-off: it extends the group by the chosen number of months and is never charged automatically.
• When the paid period ends, the group becomes read-only: its history stays visible, but new tasks, coin awards and messages are unavailable until an admin extends it. The group's data is kept.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post illegal or abusive content or other people's personal data without consent, and do not try to disrupt the service or access other people's groups. Group members and admins are responsible for a group's content. We may restrict access to an account or group that breaks these rules.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but provide it “as is”: maintenance and outages can happen. We are not responsible for agreements between group members or for consequences of other users' actions. 7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page; we will warn you about material changes in advance in the app or by email. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.

8. Governing law and contacts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, in court at the owner's location.
